MDU Connectivity Awards 2026 Finalists Revealed
Celebrating 25 finalists advancing multifamily connectivity.
MIAMI, Florida- September 15, 2026. Maravedis Research, the leading research firm specializing in managed connectivity and proptech, today announced the finalists for the inaugural Maravedis MDU Connectivity Awards 2026, presented by Calix. The program celebrates excellence across managed Wi-Fi, MSP innovation, technology, resident experience, and PropTech in the multifamily housing sector.
The awards drew 40 entries from across the MDU connectivity ecosystem. An independent panel of industry experts from property owners, REITs, consultancies, analyst firms, and trade media evaluated each entry. Judges scored submissions on innovation and uniqueness, end-user experience impact, partnership strategy, measurable results, future growth vision, and overall impression.
